I need a very cheap LCD tv sized about 26" - 32" HELP!?
seriously you don’t want a no name brand but LG offers pretty good deals on LCD’s and it’s still a good brand close to samsung and sony, I got a 42inch 120hz LG for 700 dollars cheaper than a 120hz samsung.

- This is a HDTV/monitor hybrid. It has all the necessary HDTV functions (built in digital tuner, built in speakers, and HD and SD inputs), but it also has inputs meant for being a monitor (VGA, DVI-D, PC audio in)
LG 26LH20 26" - $340 Amazon
"Cheap" as in as low as you can go for the size, throwing all other considerations aside,

Otherwise keep an eye out for Black Friday sales. There will be plenty of liquidation TVs floating around then. Its a random shot as to the quality of TVs being put up for sale, but if you just want cheap, it would be a time to get it.
