I cleaned my flat panel tv with a cleaner and discolored the screen coating. what can i do to fix it?
I have a 56" sony wide screen lcd projection tv. After I cleaned the screen the coating was wiped off in diffrent areas of the screen. What can I do?
call sony and tell them it did that on its own, they will probably give you a new tv. if they resist sendletts to the better business bureau and consumer protection and post on every website you can find. the more noise you make they will give you a new one. be persistant.
The front screen should be available as a replacement part but it is not cheap. Always be very careful what you use to clean any LCD flat panel or projection screen.
